Steps:
• Begin by standing with the feet shoulder-width apart, arm at your sides.
• In one motion, jump your feet out to the side so they are slightly more than shoulder-width apart and raise your arms above your head.
• Without pausing, reverse the motion by jumping back to the starting position.

Useful Tips:
• Land softly on your feet.
• Keep your knees slightly bent to absorb the impact of the jump.
