It’s fall, which means Pumpkin Pies!! This recipe is nut, dairy & gluten free. It is healthy, extremely simple and easy to make with minimal ingredients. You can have it for breakfast or snack throughout fall.

Ingredient List:
1) Oat Flour
2) Milk (any choice)
3) Honey / Maple Syrup
4) Salt
5) Vanilla Extract
6) Pumpkin Puree
7) Silken Tofu
8) Pumpkin or Mixed Spice
9) Oil (Coconut, Canola or Olive)
