Steps:
• Begin by standing tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and pointing straight ahead, make sure your legs are straight.
• Interlock your fingers and push them away from you. Feel a stretch across your upper back/shoulders.
• Stay for around 30 seconds in this position, relax yourself and return to starting position.
Useful Tips:
• Don’t rush the moves, ensure proper form throughout.
