Description

Steps:
• Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart, while holding a dumbbell in each hand.
• Inhale and lift your arms up overhead with your dumbbells, and exhale as you rotate your arms back behind you, dumbbells just behind your hips.
• Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Useful Tips:
• Keep your feet hip-width apart and your back straight.
